Bucket List Dreams

Granting Dreams:
The Bucket List Dream Foundation is designed to help fulfill the dreams of senior citizens with terminally ill cancer. Those of our loved ones who have been given less than a year to live are the treasures that we seek to help. Our goal is to not only touch the hearts of those who have only a short time left with us but to bless their family members and friends as well. During such trying times we hope to deliver a measure of joy and peace that will improve the quality of life in not only the recipient but to all those dear friends and family who have been affected as well.

Bucket List Dream Guidelines:
The Bucket List Dream Foundation fulfills dreams to Senior Citizens, age 55+ who have been diagnosed with a terminally ill cancer and have been given a life expectancy of one year or less which must be confirmed by their physician. Those applying must not have the means to accomplish their Bucket List Dream request and must be able to validate this. To apply for a Bucket List Dream request simply download and print the application or contact The Bucket List Dream Foundation to have one mailed to you.

Please do not apply for the following requests as The Bucket List Dream Foundation CAN NOT fulfill them:

• Medical Treatment/Equipment/Supplies
• Travel outside the United States
• Cruises outside of the U.S.
• Requests for non-residents of the U.S.
• Property/Real-estate or improvements
• Automobiles/Maintenance/RV rentals
• Legal assistance
• Cash
• Reimbursements for completed dreams
• Funeral arrangements/posthumous requests
